Email Servers + Department Websites Maintenance (7:42 AM CET) (14TH NOVEMBER 2021)

Email Servers and Department Websites are undergoing emergency maintenance. Emails are currently not accessible and we advise not to send emails until this alert is over as the mail servers may not receive your email. For the time being, please contact us through [email protected]. This is expected to fix within the next 24 hours. Any new registrants on myServices during this emergency maintenance will need to re-register once the maintenance is complete.

Update #1: Department sites and email servers are back up and running. Government emails are restored but some inboxes are behind due to backup date. Recent emails from the past week will be received in the next 2-3 days as all inboxes are fully recovered. Government officials can continue to actively send and receive emails normally. If any department sites are still down in your area, allow a few hours for DNS servers to connect
Due to an ongoing and unexpected outage, all email servers are down, meaning that any email sent to Verdisian Government addresses at this time will not be received. Please refrain from sending emails to any @vrdgov.org or @verdisgov.org addresses until the outage is announced to be over. In case of an emergency, contact [email protected]
Department websites are also down. If you require any assistance from departments, please contact [email protected] and your email will be redirected to the correct department once the servers are online depending on the urgency.

Due to the former outage, our emails have continuously been marked as spam due to authorization errors. If you have not received an application response recently, please check your spam folder every few days/hours. We are working as hard as we can to fix this.
Email Services, Department Sites & Citizenship Application Forms Offline (19 SEP 2021)
UPDATE (1:09AM AEST): Citizenship Application Forms are back online, along with essential email services. Department sites are currently still under maintenance meaning you may encounter errors. For urgent assistance, please contact [email protected]

Department Sites & Government Webmail Outage
Due to ongoing maintenance due to an outage, the following sites are down until further notice:
– mil.vrdgov.org – Applications for enlistment in military are closed until site is back up. – RESOLVED
– mofa.vrdgov.org – Diplomatic support and contact to representatives offices can still be made through [email protected] – RESOLVED
– email.vrdgov.org – Emails are to be sent to [email protected] until fixed. – RESOLVED
– vbc.verdis.site – News can still be read through Google News – RESOLVED
– verdis.site – Domains can still be managed via email through [email protected] – RESOLVED
UPDATE #1: Estimated to fix within the next 48 hours. (alert posted 12:26AM GMT+1 February 11)
UPDATE #2: (posted 13 February 12:03AM GMT+1) The estimate for fix has been moved to 72 hours from this current post. This is due to outage problems. Please bare with us as we fix this issue.’

All emails sent to government since February 11th (12:26AM) need to be re-sent except for Citizenship Applications and Representative Applications.
