Yesterday, the Free Republic of Verdis formally opened a representative office (de facto embassy) to the Republic of Serbia in Novi Sad. Numerous officials were present including the President of the Free Republic of Verdis. Also present were supporters and media.
The opening of this representative office is seen as a very important step and achievement in building Verdisian-Serbian relations.
Dušan Ðurđević was formally assigned by the President as the Primary Representative of the Free Republic of Verdis to the Republic of Serbia.
