It has come to our attention that there is an increasing number of accounts on social media impersonating President Jackson or the Government of Verdis altogether.
These accounts have used official photographs, government branding, and the identities of Verdisian government officials in an attempt to appear authentic. They do not represent Verdis, and are not in any way authorised to communicate on the government’s behalf.
When using social media, please do due diligence and exercise caution when interacting with accounts claiming to be associated with the Government of Verdis. To verify if an account is official, you can find the social medias of our government accounts at the bottom of the government portal, department websites, and the website of the President, or contact the government directly.
If you encounter anyone who is impersonating the Government of Verdis or a Verdisian official, please report the account and avoid engaging or sharing content from the account. You can also make Verdis’ government aware directly by emailing us at [email protected].
