Today, Verdis’ Government released digital identity cards for e-Residents. If you are an e-Resident, you can now have both a digital identity card, and a physical identity card. This marks another step forward in the continued efforts to develop e-Residency, and keep the programme modernised.
Digital identity cards aim to make Verdis’ e-Residency programme more accessible, convenient and efficient, allowing e-Residents to have faster access to their identification without needing to rely only on shipping for physical documentation.
Verdis’ Government continues to develop its institutions, and remains committed to introducing new services and also improving existing services as well.
