Today, the President, Foreign Minister, and several other Verdisian citizens travelled to the territorial waters of the Free Republic of Verdis as part of a routine visit to show that we are still committed to getting back on land, and were quickly chased by the Croatian police up towards Apatin, Serbia.
The Verdisian Government condemns the Republic of Croatia’s efforts to continue to illegally occupy the Free Republic of Verdis, which is a violation of international law.
We want to reiterate that we are open to cooperation with Croatia, once they have stopped violating international law and begin to respect Verdis’ territorial integrity. This includes border control, territorial security, trade, etc
